Anup has over 20 years of core Finance and Accounts outsourcing experience across various domains such as Project Management, Operations Management, Solution Design and Sales and Marketing.
In his previous assignment he held leadership positions in Sales and Solutions and was also the practice head of ERP / BI Solutions.
His experience spans across IT and BPO projects having implemented ERP projects such as SAP, Costpoint and Yardi and lead transition and operations of BPO projects for number of years.

Junaid has been in Finance and Accounting Outsourcing industry providing solutions to businesses for last 15 Plus years. His total hardcore F&A experience is around 20 Plus years.
He has successful exposure in BPO operations management, pre-sales, solution design and sales at various levels of industry with a proven track record in handling people and driving them to success.
Junaid’s core strengths lie in the ability to drive process productivity, identify and implement innovative strategies, build a solid client focused team to help boost client business efficiency.

Sameer is a result oriented professional with an industry experience of more than 22 years of which over 12 yrs of experience is in Implementation and Support of ERP Solutions, Business Analysis, Project Management across various functions like Accounting, Projects administration, Lease Administration for Property Management, Shipping businesses.
He has represented Exalenze in Yardi implementation for leading Property Management companies.
He has core Yardi experience and overall system configuration, designing chart of accounts, master set-ups, data migration through ETL’s, mapping legacy chart of accounts to Yardi, set-ups of workflows, email templates etc.
- Sameer is a Graduate from Mumbai University and has diploma in EXIM Management.
Girish comes with 20+ years’ experience in Finance & Accounts, Banking, Audit, ERP implementation & consultation
Has been instrumental in offsite / onsite transition of various process in F&A, setting up of shared services for PAN India & international clients
He is a strong organizer, motivator and team player with successful track record to handle diverse market dynamics.
Has worked on leading ERP’s such as YARDI, MS Navision, SAGE, Quickbooks, etc
Girish is a Law graduate from Mumbai University along with Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and diploma certification in Oracle with Developers 2000
Mahesh has been in Finance and Outsourcing for past 20+ Years, having 15+ Years experience in F&A Process Transition, ERP Implementation and Support, Project Management across various functions like Accounting, Projects based Accounting, Lease Administration for Property Management, Chargeback process in Food Manufacturing industry, Controllership activities, DCAA Audit and SSAE 16 Audit.
Mahesh has knowledge of multiple types of industries having led Implementation team on ERPs such as Yardi, Costpoint and SAP. His expertise spans across Real Estate, Food and Beverage, Food Manufacturing, US Govt Contracting, Information and Technology, Telecom Towers and PR Agency.
He has experience in successfully setting up Shared Service Centre for a PR Agency having offices across 17 Countries.
- Mahesh has been involved in various Process Improvement projects using Lean, Time and Motion Study, FMEA and Kaizen Quality tools.
Mahesh is a Graduate from Mumbai University.
